How do I make a purchase?

To purchase an order browse the website using the search form or drop down menu choosing either brands or categories. When you have found an item you like, choose either a size or option and click the 'Add to Bag' button, this will add one of the chosen items to your shopping basket.

You can view all the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'BAG' button at the top right of the site.

I’m not sure if my order has went through?

Please check your email inbox as well as your spam folder for the order confirmation. If you are still unsure, please contact sales@manifesto-clothing.co.uk

The item I wanted has sold out, will you get it back in?

We try to re­stock popular items when suitable. There is no set timescale for this, we advise you to frequently check the site. Feel free to email us at enquiries@manifesto-clothing.co.uk regarding any specific items.

Can you order any stock in for me specially?

Sadly we do not offer this service.

Can I pre­order an item?

Sadly we do not order this service. However, we recommend signing up for our newsletter to get the heads up and coming stock.

I bought an item for full price but now it’s cheaper in the sale, can I have a refund?

We understand this can be annoying, but we are unable to refund any further markdowns. If you wish to return the item for a refund and re­purchase at the markdown price, there is a chance somebody else will buy the item. Shipping costs are also paid by the customer.

I received an incorrect item?

We ensure that all our orders are processed with the utmost effort and care. However, we are also capable of the odd mistake, so in the unfortunate event of a wrong item delivered please email us at sales@manifesto-clothing.co.uk and we will sort it.
